Unleashing the Ultimate Spinach and Artichoke Pizza Experience

Here’s a super simple recipe for a delicious Spinach and Artichoke Pizza. You’ll need a 12-inch pre-made pizza crust, half a package of garlic herb spreadable cheese (I used Alouette), a few jarred or canned artichokes (I went with grilled marinated ones), a handful of fresh baby spinach, some shredded mozzarella cheese, and a bit of sun-dried tomatoes or sun-dried tomato pesto.

First, preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Then, spread the garlic herb cheese all over the pizza crust. Next, scatter some artichokes, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes or dollops of sun-dried tomato pesto on top. Sprinkle the whole thing with mozzarella cheese.

Pop it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. For the last 3-4 minutes, switch to broil to get the top nice and brown. If you’re a Parmesan fan, sprinkle some on top. And there you have it – a super tasty Spinach and Artichoke Pizza. Enjoy!
