Ingredients for Fish Tacos:
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- A pinch of salt
- 10 – 15 oz. of cod or any other white fish, thawed
- Tortillas and avocados for serving
- Slaw (recipe in the notes below)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over it.
- Bake the fish for 10-15 minutes until it’s cooked through and flaky.
