Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons spicy seasoning mix
- Olive oil (just a few tablespoons)
- 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 5-6 cups broccoli florets
- Coarse sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
- For serving: avocado, hummus, lemon juice, chives, olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
